We want to celebrate your contributions to our culture and amplify the impact you can have on your fellow team members. We’ll be hosting special recognition display walls at each of our hospitals, Westpark, and the Energy Centre.

Nominate a team member who exemplifies extraordinary in their daily work.

• Do they convey warmth when working with you, your team, or a patient?
• Are they a good problem solver?
• Do they champion others?

How does it work?

• Think of a colleague who helps make your everyday extraordinary.
• Write their name on a heart sticker
• Put the heart on the wall of the appropriate category (conveys warmth, solves problems, and champions others)
• Fill out the information on the back side of the sticker and slip it in the entry box
• You’ll both be entered into a drawing to win a prize basket in one of three categories – food, travel, relaxation – valued at $300 each.
