3 Doctors at the Dinner Table: A family of pediatricians treats New Orleans-area children

Many of the stories told around the Remedios’ family dinner table centered around the young patients that played a big part in Dr. Otto Remedios’ day. The pediatrician would come home and talk with his own children, sharing funny anecdotes about the families he interacted with at his clinic on the West Bank.
Dr. Remedios stopped short of saying he had much of a role in inspiring both of his children to pursue careers as pediatricians. But talking to his son Paul and daughter Isabel, the influence is more than apparent.
