New Orleans East Hospital patients may communicate concerns to our Patient Relations Coordinator.

The Patient Relations Coordinator can be contacted at 504-592-6898 or through the hospital operator Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Patients or family member is also advised that regardless of whether they have first used the hospital’s grievance process, they may file a grievance directly with The Joint Commission, the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Civil Rights regarding complaints of discrimination on the basis of a disability at the following:
