Video visits are a convenient way for patients to stay connected with their provider and avoid the hassle of missing work or school to travel in-person. Our expert providers are just a click away, offering personalized care from the comfort of your own home. Embrace the convenience and accessibility, and schedule your appointment today.

Virtual Care

Feeling under the weather? Virtual Care lets you visit with a licensed healthcare provider in as little as five minutes, all from the comfort of your home or office. If you have symptoms or one of the mild conditions below, we are here to help. You can also access Virtual On-Demand by going to the On -Demand Video Visit tab in MyChart.

Virtual Care is available for patients in Louisiana, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Please note that we do not prescribe or refill controlled substances in this clinic. Please consult with your primary care provider.

How It Works

  1. Log in to your MyChart account on either a computer or our mobile device.
  2. Open the menu and select "Talk to a Doctor"
  3. Select "On Demand Video Visit" from the options on the right.
  4. Once you've been put in line, complete the eCheck-In for your appointment
  5. You're all set. You can either join the video immediately or wait for the provider to send you a notification.

Conditions we treat through virtual care

Although the below conditions are generally treatable via video, there are instances where your provider may request that you seek in-person care. Please note that this service cannot be used to prescribe or refill controlled substances.
