Free, convenient, and secure parking is available in gated surface lots and parking garages on campus just steps from hospital entrances.

Culture

We foster a family environment at West Jeff. When you’re here, you’re family. We host an annual Family Fest with bands, food, drinks, a kids zone, and so much more! We like to have fun together as evidenced by our annual cornhole tournament. We’ve done it for seven years and counting! Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition every now and then? Cornhole not your thing? Don’t worry, we have plenty of events and engagement opportunities all year long!

Wellbeing

Our staff’s wellbeing is of the utmost importance which is why our Wellbeing Committee works to ensure staff knows about the mental, financial, and overall health resources available to our team via the LCMC Health Be Well Center. Throughout the year there are plenty of “Little Extras” available to our staff to help with wellbeing–like our free holiday gift wrapping, compliments of our extraordinary Auxiliary volunteers. Now that’s one way to help keep the holidays feel more merry and bright!
