Did your military career influence your career choice? My military career entailed invaluable training in teamwork and leadership (Basic Training, Advanced Individual Training, Federal Officer Candidate School, Officer Basic, and Advanced School), as well as, affording external opportunities that allowed me to obtain multiple college degrees. The experience obtained because I chose the military as a career, left me armed with an administrative background, a vast array of leadership skills, and clinical degrees that influenced my career choices, throughout my years of service and today. I was able to obtain my current position because of each step taken in the military and would not be where I am today if I had not chosen the military.
