The care at the emergency room was extraordinarily wonderful. Everyone was very kind, helpful, devoted. Things were handled beautifully. I cannot imagine how any visit to a hospital or emergency room could have been better.

I switched my primary care physician to Dr. Newsome about a year ago and it has been a great experience and seamless transition from my prior provider. I feel he is genuinely concerned about my health. I appreciate that my appointments are always on time for when they are scheduled in addition to his responsiveness to any questions or concerns I have when I reach out to him through the patient portal.

It was my feeling that the provider, the secretary and the facilities were great, but then ultimately some of the services were behind in times in treatment. I ultimately felt like the processes that the secretary and the doctor followed were very well organized. It was just certain things as far as medical treatment that were not up to the current times. I would like to see more food science and more food health advisory and then also some form of autism awareness integrated into the sketch of treatment for the doctors and providers to have tools to provide.
