The Times-Picayune and New Orleans advocate Name Lakeview regional top workplace

Lakeview Hospital , a campus of Tulane Medical Center, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate for the second time in three years. In addition, Lakeview Regional CEO Hiral Patel was named the Top Business Leader among large companies. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“These awards demonstrate the caliber of employees and leaders we have at Lakeview,” said Chris Atkinson, Lakeview Human Resources Director. “They work hard every day to make this a great place to work and receive care.”

“It is humbling to be recognized as one of the top leaders in this region, but the real honor goes to our employees,” said Hiral Patel, Lakeview Regional CEO. “They are the reason we have earned this award for the fifth year in a row. They come to work every day to make the world a better place. They work together as a family and offer each patient the compassion, commitment, and high-quality care they deserve. I am proud of each one of them.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
