LCMC Health encourages community to join in ringing bells to commemorate one-year mark of COVID-19 in Louisiana

New Orleans, LA – As we approach the milestone one-year mark of the first case of COVID-19 confirmed in Louisiana – specifically in New Orleans – LCMC Health and its family of six hospitals is inviting the entire community to join us in ringing bells at 12 noon, Tuesday, March 9, for one minute to honor our front-line heroes and all the lives affected by the pandemic. We honor those we have lost and those who continue the fight.

We hope that with each toll of the bell all those who have been impacted by the pandemic will feel our love and support.
