Virtual Care On-Demand lets you visit with a licensed healthcare provider in as little as 5 minutes, all from the comfort of your home or office via a phone, computer or tablet. If you have symptoms or one of the mild conditions below, we are here to help.

  • Adult appointments are available 7 days a week from 9:00am to 7:00pm
  • Pediatrics appointments Monday-Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm

Although the below conditions are generally treatable via video, there are instances where your provider may request that you seek in-person care. Please note that this service cannot be used to prescribe or refill controlled substances.

How it works +
1. Log in to your MyChart account on either a computer or our mobile device.
2. Open the menu on the left and select "On-Demand Video Visit"
3. Once you've followed the steps to be put in line, you will be prompted to complete the eCheck-In for your appointment
4. You're all set. You can either join the video immediately or wait for the provider to send you a notification
