About Dr. Fulton

Dr. Kyle Fulton is a pediatrician at Kids First TigerCare, a location of Children’s Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed residency at LSU Health Sciences Center and Children’s Hospital. Dr. Fulton uses his relationship with patients and families to alleviate the fears of the child while also coaching the parents to take the best care of their child. “A child should not be scared to go to the doctor! I love taking an extra minute to allow a terrified child to use my scary stethoscope to listen to their own heart or look in my ear with the light.”
