Behavioral Health Center

At our Behavioral Health Center, our comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for people living with mental health and addictive behavior issues. We offer two outpatient clinics for adults and two distinct adult intensive outpatient programs.

Our clinics:

Behavioral Health Clinic for general adult mental health services to help people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship or grief issues, the emotional effects of a medical illness or life change and/or other serious mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.

Our Board-certified psychiatrists provide medical management of mental health issues, while our clinical psychologists provide healing talk therapy and counseling.

Addiction Psychiatry Clinic for people living with co-existing substance use disorders. Our mission is to support our patients' needs through an evidence-based and multidisciplinary treatment approach.

We aim to provide the highest level of care for our patients, including medication management that may include maintenance treatment for opioid use disorder. Psychotherapy for individuals and loved ones is also part of the treatment plan.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs:

General Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program serves people who are experiencing a challenging mental health condition, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.

What you can expect from our General Mental Health IOP:

  • Three hours of intensive group therapy meeting for eight days
  • Groups facilitated by social workers, psychologists and/or psychiatrists
  • Treatment focused on building skills, reducing risk, and learning more about how to manage your mental health symptoms.

Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program - This outpatient program serves people who are experiencing substance use and mental health concerns causing impairment in daily living who are experiencing mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.

What you can expect from our Substance Use IOP:

  • Three hours of intensive group therapy meeting for 16 days
  • Groups facilitated by social workers and psychiatrists
  • Treatment focused on education, skill building, and peer support to manage substance use and mental health symptoms
Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)
