West Jefferson Rehabilitation Center is Here to Care for your Needs

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our patients with functional impairments in a comfortable setting that builds confidence after an injury or illness. Our goal is to help you reach functional independence, both at home and in the community.

Our inpatient center is located on the 4th floor of West Jefferson Medical Center, at 1101 Medical Center Blvd in Marrero, LA. Our center provides compassionate care 24/7 by physicians and rehabilitation nurses. Our inpatient services offer 24 private patient rooms, all equipped with handicap accessible showers and bathrooms. It also includes two spacious nursing stations, a Secure Care system to ensure extra safety for patients at risk for wandering, and a fully equipped kitchen.

While participating in our rehab program, patients can expect to receive a minimum of 3 hours of therapy, 5 days a week, and in some cases, 15 hours of therapy over 7 days. Our expert staff creates individualized treatment plans for you, which may include a combination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with a leisure activity program.

Our CARF-accredited rehabilitation programs provide services for adults who have sustained functional loss due to an illness or injury. Patients under 18 years of age are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for admission.
