If you or your loved one received extraordinary care from an exceptional employee, help us recognize them! These awards honor our employees who go the extra mile to make sure our patients receive the best care possible. Below we have listed the awards available for you to nominate an exemplary employee.
Nominate a nurse who went above and beyond to provide patients and families with compassionate care.
Nominate a non-nursing staff member who goes above and beyond in their daily tasks. Examples include but are not limited to Patient Care Tech, Mobility Tech, Physical/Occupation/Speech Therapy, Respiratory, Dietary, Patient Access, Social Workers, Phlebotomy, Cardiac Testing, Imaging Areas, Medical Assistants, and Surgical Techs.
Nominate a provider who embodies service, teamwork, excellence and mentorship in medicine. Examples of providers include but are not limited to Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Osteopathic Doctors.
Nominate an employee whose skill and dedication to excellent service and/or patient care exemplify the kind of staff that should be recognized as an outstanding role model. Examples include but are not limited to Lab, Pharmacy, Public Safety, Building Services, Supply, Bio-med, PBX, Dietary, IT, HR, CMU, and Guest Services.
