Touro's 52 Weeks of Wellness offers cancer survivors the opportunity to explore a variety of topics that promote complementary therapies, wellness, and nutrition. These tools can help enhance your overall quality of life.
This free program is exclusively for Touro cancer survivors and takes place prior to the Cancer Survivors Support Group. Each month will feature a new topic focused on improving health and well-being. Be sure to check back for updated topics each month.

Let's Kick Off the New Year Line Dancing w/Lady D!
Line dancing offers extensive benefits, improving physical health by boosting cardio, balance, coordination, and muscle strength, while also enhancing mental well-being by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression through endorphin release and cognitive challenges. Socially, it builds community, combats loneliness, and fosters friendships in a fun, supportive environment, making it a holistic activity for all ages.
