May is Older Americans Month with a theme of "Champion Your Health," it focuses on prevention, wellness, and independence. In this seminar we are focusing on mind and balance support, an issue that is prevalent in many adults as we age.
Join us as our Touro experts share practical tips to help you improve your memory and discuss fall prevention.
