About Dr. Schuon

I was drawn to medicine because I wanted to work directly with patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I chose orthopedic surgery, with a focus on total joint replacement within adult reconstruction, because I find it incredibly rewarding to help people regain their mobility and independence. Seeing a patient move from living with debilitating pain to getting back to the activities they love is what inspires me every day. I believe every patient deserves care that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. I take the time to listen, understand what matters most to each person and develop a treatment plan that is right for them. My goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate care that helps my patients move forward with confidence.
 

Little something extra:  I’m a husband and father who loves spending time with my wife, our oneyear-old daughter, and our two dogs. When I’m not reading about history, I’m trying a new recipe, planning a trip, or working on my golf game
