She's a phenomenal doctor and she cares about the children.

The outcome notes were inaccurate. The MA did not correctly write my son's height down so it was documented incorrectly. The provider must have copied and pasted her previous note from our last visit because it stated his grandmother accompanied him and only her and that was not the case. His father was present the whole time and was the one communicating for the minor child. This was not documented at all in the providers note. I feel as though the provider was not listening to my husband if they could not competently at least address in their note who was with the minor child.

Dr. Krail and her staff do a great job and are very helpful. Thank you.

Ms. Katherine was very thorough and took her time explaining everything to us. She was very patient in answering all our questions.

We really appreciate Dr. Krail. She's a very good, patient and understanding provider. She gives the best care and she does an excellent job at what she does.
