I have a somewhat complicated medical history. I had been with my previous provider for more than 12 years and apprehensive about finding a new one. In fact, the last provider endocrinologist did not work out well. Dr. Roman listened to everything I had to say she. Reviewed my past history and recommended a course of action that I am hopeful. Will relieve some of the issues I am having.

My previous interactions with Dr. Roman have been fun. However, I didn't see Dr. Roman today. Her office had me scheduled for 2:45. They called me at 9 am today and said please come at 12:15. I rearranged my entire day to do that. I sat in a freezing cold office for an hour and a half waiting to be seen and finally gave up because that is incredibly disrespectful of my time to rearrange my schedule like that and then make me wait a minimum of an hour and a half . I have no idea when she's going to be able to show up and actually see me. So that's incredibly frustrating. The office should do a better job of scheduling and not overscheduling their resources.

Well, I think my provider today was excellent. Gave me good advice, answered all my questions, gave me good directions. She did a wonderful job, and I really appreciate her.

She's a very thorough doctor.

The doctor was very thorough. She was kind. She listened well. And she was very understanding and able to allay concerns and fears.
