She was very professional and curious, and she answered all my questions.

Dr. Nguyen was very, very nice in meeting with me at the last minute over a Zoom conference. She was able to explain to me how my UTI may not be something that should be treated by an IV, and suggested that I go to a urologist first. In the event that surgery would be needed, she we would of course do the IV to get rid of the infection before the surgery. I will be contacting

Dr. Nguyen was very patient, excellent bedside manner, listened to my concerns, as well as addressed all my questions in a timely fashion. She was easily reachable for questions and concerns I had in regards to my treatment plan. The experience was very pleasant in a difficult situation.
