She was efficient. I didn't have to wait long. I understood everything she said and she was very polite.

I don't know if they know the cost of the medications, but we discussed my issues and we came with a plan. And it's not going to happen because it's costing me like 1,000 times more expensive than the ones I currently use. So I guess, like I say, I don't know if they know, but so now I have to call or contact her again because the medication is extremely expensive, the new one. So I want to go back to the old one. And that's it. I mean, I guess, like I said, I don't know if they know the cost, but it's something to talk about when we're trying to change.

The provider was very concerned about the well being of my child. She asked questions and gave answers respectfully. She wanted to know if my child had any concerns about her health!or the baby's health She is easy to talk to and I feel that she is trustworthy .
