She had no bedside manner.

Dr. Bertsch has been my provider for 16 years and she's seen me through the worst of my cancer and I do appreciate her and go by her counsel. So, she is my go-to doctor.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and very caring and concerning about my problems and was very informative and knew exactly what to do to take care of me. I'm looking forward to having her as my permanent internist and also referring my wife to her as well. Thank you very much.

Dr. Bertsch and her staff are the absolute best!!

It just takes a little too long to see her, the last few visits and I've been going a long time there and she used to have more time. She seems a little more overwhelmed now. Even though she tries her best to be thorough and answer questions, she just seems more rushed on the visits and it's not as personal as it used to be years ago.
