everyone I dealt with at EJGH was helpful only problem was with dr.'s office sending orders to hospital

The tech left to get me a sheet to cover up with, however, she came back without one. I wanted to ask but didn't want to delay my test any further. Also, as a RN, I thought it would be best to close the door for my test. Instead I got to hear the patient across the hall talking and yelling at times.

I just found out that they did the wrong ultrasound, they was supposed to do a venous ultrasound and they did a arterial ultrasound. I did not put the orders in. I just gave them the slip that the doctor gave me to give to them. So now I have to have the test done again.

I got off work early. I needed to get it done. They squeeze me in, I was really impressed. I can't do schedule things and they were able to take me as a walk in just what I needed. Totally change my perception of the mammogram to vomit. Happy with it. Bye. Bye. I'll be back.

My experience was fine, with the exception that another patient waiting in the same area as I was...was...or just on the other side, was coughing constantly. And in these covid days, it made me feel uncomfortable.
