About Dr. Khoobehi
I'm Dr. Khoobehi, a graduate of LSU School of Medicine with additional training in both neurology and internal medicine at Tulane Medical Center. During my time at LSU, I was honored with the Neurology Clerkship Outstanding Medical Student Award, and later received the Resident Teaching Award at Tulane Medical Center.
I treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including migraines and headaches, concussion and brain injury, cognitive and memory disorders, dementia, stroke, and seizure disorders. I also bring extensive research experience in stroke, coma, seizures, and brain tumors to my practice.
In addition to my medical background, I’m fluent in Persian and Azerbaijani.
My specialties include stroke, migraines and headaches, neuromuscular disorders, memory disorders, and seizures.
