The person who scheduled the test was most unprofessional! She did not explain anything me without my asking her questions. I had left a message for the people doing the pre authorization and did not hear back at all. The person who registered me and the person doing the test were friendly and most efficient.

The front desk clerk at the check in was very polite. I felt the tech was a bit rude! It was a convenient time of the day for me to go there

Results were given to me immediately after mammogram and ultasound. No waiting. The Radiologist even came in, one of the best experiences I have had after a mammogram.
