About Dr. Vemulapalli
I specialize in orthopedic trauma because it presents a constantly evolving challenge and allows me to help patients when they need it most. No one plans to get injured, but I have the opportunity to restore function and help them return to their lives. I chose academic medicine because I’m passionate about teaching and training the next generation of physicians. Watching students and residents grow is incredibly rewarding. My patients can count on me to provide exceptional care because I truly care about this community—these are my friends and family. I take pride in treating the region’s most complex trauma cases and am committed to making sure the orthopedic care here is the best it can be.
