I arrived past my arrival time but the staff took care of me anyway. They were courteous and kind and attentive to my newborn. The doctor explained his growth chart so that we could easily understand and although we declined on the decision to vaccinate, the doctor did put some things into perspective to help us make an informed decision. I appreciate that and the staff's willingness to take care of us.

Had an appointment for 10:45 a.m. Got there early like they asked and still waited almost an hour (50 minutes) to be seen by the provider.
