I graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed my residency at Ochsner Health Systems. Before that, I attended Loyola University for my undergraduate studies. After medical school, I served in the Navy and continue to serve with the Louisiana Air National Guard. I’m currently the Chief of OB/GYN at West Jefferson Medical Center. I have a special interest in robotic surgery and enjoy staying at the forefront of advanced surgical techniques.

He is very good. He listens to you. He is very concerned about his patients. He makes sure if he don't know something, he's going to look it up. He's going to give you every possible answer he can to help you and he's going to make sure he finds out what's going on with your body. He's very excellent. We're welcoming him to anybody. Very good at what he do. He's very hands on with his patients and I love that about him. He's not scared to touch some of those doctors in there, it's good to touch and not him. He's very good. He's a thousand in my book.

Dr. Allen is one of the best doctors there. Not only he had been there for a long time, he listens to you carefully. He has many questions. You are welcome to call him at any time. He takes his time examining you from the head to the toe. If you have any issues, he don't mind looking for an insult or even sending you to a specialist. And I love him. I mean, I just adore him from just being the doctor and listening carefully to him. I couldn't get pregnant for years. Dr. Allen took one look at me and found out what the problem was. And I got pregnant in one year. And I love him.

Dr. Allen has excellent bedside manner. He puts his patients at ease, and he's easy to talk to during examination and after the examination, so I was quite comfortable.
