Yes, the person at the front desk who was responsible for checking in and following up on scheduling was not very pleasant to deal with. I was there for 1:15, for a 1:30 appointment. They requested that I be there at 1 to make sure I had time to do paperwork, but I was able to complete my paperwork in plenty of time. She tried to reschedule me even though I was there 15 to 16 minutes before my start time, and I had plenty of time to fill out my form before she would allow me to even fill out the form. This was off putting and pretty rude, and she did not seem to be very professional in her job.
