I am a Primary Care provider and the program director of the Family Medicine Residency Program. I love medical education and being part of the clinic and program at East Jefferson General Hospital. It is exciting to teach and see our students’ grow during their three year residency with us.

My little something extra

My favorite part of the job is the variety of patients I get to see in our clinic, from newborns to adults. Patients can count on me to listen to them and give them feedback on their concerns. Extraordinary care means providing patient-centered care and communications so my patients can have the best health outcomes.

Dr. Pejic is a fantastic provider. I had a wonderful experience with him. He's been the best primary care doctor that I have had the pleasure of seeing and very much enjoy those visits. I highly, highly recommend and would give all the praise that I can. Thank you.

Dr. Pejic is always extremely professional and was today as he always is. Having said that, he also today, I had several things on the note that I had written that I wanted to talk to him about regarding my health, different incidents that occurred with me and so forth. He addressed everyone in a timely manner and totally in depth and physically checked me in a manner relating to each and every one that I brought up, every concern I had. He addressed everyone in full detail and explained everything to me in a very professional manner as he always does. Thank you.

Dr. Pejic is the best. He's very kind. He explains your symptoms. He explains what the sources he's going to use to facilitate your symptoms. He is very knowledgeable. He's patient with the patient. He lets you ask as many questions as you like. He provides the physical paperwork, flyers, and pamphlets so you can actually hold it and see it. Everything is not through the computer or the electronic devices.
