Aquatic classes
Core water walking
  • This beginner to intermediate class is a light-intensity cardio workout combining core exercises and water walking. Using varied movements and equipment, this class improves core strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Water shoes recommended.
Fibromyalgia H2O
  • This beginner-friendly water class designed to improve muscle tone, endurance, and flexibility. Slow, controlled movements and light stretching target tender points for relief and support.
H2O cardio
  • This beginner to advanced class offers a full-body workout for all levels, focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, toning, and flexibility. Using resistance tools like bands, belts, noodles, and weights, you'll enjoy a low-impact, high benefit experience in the water. You set the pace using resistance bands and hand barbells. Have fun, exercise at your level, and be ready to work!
    Note: Water shoes are recommended.
H2O cardio x press
  • This shorter, high-efficiency version of our non-impact water aerobics class offers a full-body workout focused on cardiovascular conditioning, weight loss, and toning. A variety of equipment is used to help you reach your goals and burn calories—all in less time, perfect for busy schedules. Have fun and exercise at the same time!

MS aquatics
  • This beginner-level aquatic class is designed for individuals with physical limitations due to MS. Held in a temperature-controlled (84°) pool, it focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and endurance while helping to prevent fatigue.
Resistance training
  • This beginner to intermediate class will provide education and exercise to focus on increasing the strength of large muscle groups.
RPM
  • This beginner to advanced class is a high-energy 45-minute indoor cycling workout set to powerful music. Guided by your inspiring coach, you’ll ride through hills, flats, peaks, time trials, and interval training. No matter your fitness level, you’ll discover your inner athlete, sweat, and push toward that endorphin high.
Strong & Steady
  • This warm water class focuses on improving strength, balance, posture, core stability, and mobility—all key to preventing falls. Exercises are performed in a standing position for accessibility and support.
Water aerobics
  • This beginner to advanced class offers a full-body workout for all levels, focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, toning, and flexibility. Using resistance tools like bands, belts, noodles, and weights, you'll enjoy a low-impact, high-benefit experience in the water.

  • Arthritis xtra focuses on improving joint flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination. Exercises are designed to support daily movement and enhance overall function, making it ideal for those managing arthritis or seeking gentle, effective activity. This class is a combination class that focuses on strengthening your core, improving balance, and increasing ROM and flexibility. The best of two classes combined into one!
  • "Oh My Aching Back & Arth X" targets the back, core, and trunk muscles to relieve lower back pain, build strength, and manage stress through gentle movement. This class is a combination class that focuses on strengthening your core, improving balance, and increasing ROM and flexibility. The best of two classes combined into one!
Land chair- beginner class
  • Exercise specific muscles and joint groups with rhythmic movements while sitting and standing. Helps increase joint flexibility, overall stamina, and build stronger muscles.
Cardio and strength classes
Ball room dancing
  • This beginner to intermediate class covers the Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango, and Swing. No partner needed—just bring your dancing shoes and get moving in this fun 8-week series! Registration is required.
Balls-n-all
  • This beginner to intermediate class uses stability balls, bands, body bars, Pilates rings, weights, and more for a fun, effective full-body workout.
BodyPUMP
  • This intermediate to advanced class targets all major muscle groups with weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls, set to motivating choreography and music.
Boot camp
  • Challenge your mind and body with alternating high and low-intensity intervals featuring free weights, plyometrics, cardio, and balance exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on effort and attitude, not experience. Expect to push your limits safely and feel the burn!
Cardio and strength
  • This beginner to intermediate class combines low-impact, high-intensity cardio with weight-based interval training to tone muscles and boost endurance.
Low-impact aerobics
  • This low-impact workout is designed for beginner to intermediate participants and includes warm-up, invigorating cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and a relaxing cool down. Options are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.
Move'n & Groov'n
  • A gentle class designed to improve balance, stability, and flexibility for individuals with movement disorders like ALS, Fibromyalgia, MS, and Parkinson’s through targeted stretches and exercises.
Step aerobics
  • Step aerobics is an energizing workout using an adjustable step bench designed for beginner to intermediate participants. Whether you’re new to exercise or more advanced, this motivating class helps improve your cardio, coordination, and endurance.
Strong and steady
  • This beginner class focuses on improving strength, balance, posture, core stability, mobility, and fall prevention. Exercises are performed both seated and standing, with chair support available as needed. Become Strong and Steady!
Zumba
  • Zumba combines high-energy fitness with dance styles from around the world. It’s a fun, dynamic workout that helps you burn calories and tone your entire body while moving to infectious rhythms.
Mind and Body classes
Meditation
  • Explore a variety of meditation styles—including guided, silent, and music-based—to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch
  • This hour-long class uses gentle, yoga-inspired stretches to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and correct imbalances in the spine and joints. Ideal for beginners, with minimal floor work.
    Note: Participants must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.
Tai Chi
  • This beginner to advanced class uses gentle, rhythmic movements to improve relaxation, balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall vitality. This low-impact exercise promotes both physical and mental well-being.
Pilates & yoga

For all classes listed below, participants must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.

Pilates- intermediate class
  • A series of non-impact exercises performed on a floor mat using your own body weight and gravity to strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.
Yoga- beginner class
  • Designed for those new to yoga or seeking a gentle, therapeutic approach, this class focuses on slow, mindful movements to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and address structural imbalances in the spine and joints.
Yoga- beginner to advanced class
  • This class is suitable for all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. It combines gentle movement, breath work, restorative poses, and awareness exercises for a supportive, healing experience. Students are guided through postures with step-by-step verbal instruction and demonstration.
Yoga- advanced class
  • This advanced class is for experienced students ready to move beyond the intermediate level. It combines balance, strength, and flexibility in a faster-paced setting designed to challenge your overall fitness.
Kundalini yoga
  • Kundalini yoga is an ancient, transformative practice that activates all chakras and energetic bodies through breathwork, movement, and meditation. Experience physical vitality, mental clarity, deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
Piloga
  • This beginner to intermediate class blends Pilates and yoga to strengthen the core, improve posture, and promote deep relaxation—offering a complete mind-body experience.
