About Dr. Tropez

I am a native of New Orleans. I received my undergraduate degree from Xavier University and my medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. I completed my residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, in 2008. After completing my residency, I returned to New Orleans as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tulane University School of Medicine. During my eight years at Tulane, I served as the Clerkship Director for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I relocated to Washington, DC, in 2016 and, after seven years, returned to New Orleans and Tulane University School of Medicine.

My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and understanding. I strive to help overcome women's healthcare challenges by educating adolescents, addressing complex gynecological issues, and reassuring expectant mothers. My understanding of the unique healthcare needs of women, particularly those from diverse backgrounds and communities like New Orleans, drives my commitment to providing the highest quality of compassionate care tailored to the needs of every patient.
