About Dr. Alexander
As a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist for more than 30 years, I provide personalized care for women through every stage of life, with a focus on helping patients understand their options and feel confident in their care.
My clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, vaginal surgery and VNOTES. I also specialize in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis and hormone-related concerns.
I believe in taking the time to listen to each patient and provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs. I also participate in clinical research, helping advance care and treatment options in women’s health.
