I really wish you would start your appointments on time. My appointment was at 9:30, I believe, and I think I was finally called into a room like 45 - 50 minutes later. If you could run a little bit more time, that would ... that would be really awesome. We all have other things we could be doing, that we need to do afterwards. So, our time is important, as well as the nurse's and doctor's at the facility.

Yes, I seen Kathryn McClure about three times, the first time, I waited very long and then the second time I saw her because I have complication I was bleeding and I wanted to know the reason why so she took some the cotton swab and she took some of the samples of my blood and when I asked her about about it 3rd, visit, she just kind of like brush me off she didn't even take what I was saying. If I didn't feel like I was a person that she was talking to because I wasn't being recognized for my questions so I did not feel comfortable and therefore I would like to change her.

Dr. Kathryn McClure is a wonderful doctor. She answers all your questions and she's very caring - would recommend her to everyone.

She never called back to give me my results. First of all, second of all, she didn't have any answers to my question. And third of all she made unnecessary comments, like saying, like blood work was for free. Everything was for free, that I was getting some certain things. I was not getting anything for free. That's why I pay my insurance weekly. So I think I definitely would not recommend her and I definitely would not like to see her ever again. Still waiting for my response on my results.

East Jefferson Hospital just needs to be updated. It's a great hospital but needs to be cleaner.
