About Dr. Leong

As a women's health physician, I have the privilege of partnering with women throughout their lives—whether they are preparing for a family, delivering a child, or transitioning through menopause. It’s a privilege to be part of such meaningful milestones. My background in public health, combined with my medical training, gives me a unique perspective on health and disease, from the cellular level to population health. Having completed all my training in New Orleans, I understand what it means to practice medicine here and am deeply committed to serving this community.

My little something extra
I went to an international school as a kid, spent time going to elementary school in Mexico, and am fluent in Spanish! I am also a classically trained pianist and ballet dancer. You’d be surprised how those skills help me in the operating room.
