The staff was good, however, I sat in the room for an hour and a half and I decided to leave. This was not the first time I walked out without seeing the doctor.

Dr. Chauvin addressed my concerns about my health concerns and scheduled a follow up visit. I felt extremely at ease with her .

Provider is great! But I sat 2 hours in the waiting room. I inquired about my appointment and still had to wait another hour before anything was done. They called me on my phone and wanted to know which room I was in. I told them the waiting room. They said they couldn't find me. REALLY! The receptionist was eating when I got there, while I asked about my appointment, when I went to labs after of 2 hours of waiting, when we came back and when we left. Another receptionist looked like she was so uninterested of being there. I'll be looking for another facility to continue my care.

Dr. Chauvin was the best doctor. She was professional. She was caring. She was there for you. She was helpful. She was very prompt on finding the things that were wrong with you. She was just a love and you need to hold on to her because she's a great doctor.
