About Dr. Castellano

I specialize in cancers of the female reproductive tract, and I fell in love with this field because of the meaningful relationships I build with my patients. From diagnosis and surgery to cancer treatment, survivorship, and, when needed, end-of-life care, I have the privilege of walking alongside my patients through every stage of their journey. They inspire me every day with their strength and resilience, and they are the reason I would choose this profession a hundred times over.
