Our prostate cancer services include multiparametric prostate MRI, MRI-targeted transperineal prostate biopsy, active surveillance, and latest-generation robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy.

The transperineal approach allows precise sampling of suspicious areas identified on MRI while avoiding the transrectal route and reducing infectious complications. For patients with lower-risk prostate cancer, we offer individualized active surveillance using PSA, advanced imaging, and targeted biopsy to help avoid or delay unnecessary treatment.

For patients who require surgery, we use advanced robotic techniques with an emphasis on cancer control and preservation of urinary and sexual function, including nerve-sparing approaches when oncologically appropriate.

We offer robotic partial nephrectomy and other minimally invasive approaches for kidney tumors, with the goal of removing the cancer while preserving as much healthy kidney tissue and function as possible.

For selected patients with small renal masses, active surveillance may also be appropriate. More complex or advanced kidney cancers are managed through a multidisciplinary approach incorporating surgery, systemic therapy, and clinical trials when appropriate.

Our services include endoscopic management, contemporary intravesical therapies, bladder-preserving strategies for appropriately selected patients, and radical cystectomy with urinary diversion when indicated.

Patients with muscle-invasive or advanced bladder cancer benefit from close collaboration among urologic oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, and pathology. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to incorporate the latest systemic therapies, surgery, radiation therapy, and clinical trials into an individualized treatment strategy.

Treatment may include radical orchiectomy, active surveillance, systemic therapy, and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection when indicated. Because testicular cancer often affects younger men, we also emphasize fertility, sexual health, and long-term quality of life as important components of cancer survivorship.
