I work and live most of the time in another state. But I will fly back to make my appointments with Dr Juan. I highly recommend Dr. Juan and her the entire clinical team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable. Dr. Juan is not only highly knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. Her care is genuine, compassionate, and never make you feel rushed at your appointment Scheduling is easy, wait times are short, and the quality of care is outstanding. Also when I have a non emergency question, it is easy to communication with Dr Juan via Lcmc patient portal, which her response time is immediate.
