Helping others get through their roughest and toughest times

My 'Little Extra' is never treating my patients like strangers but instead treating them like my own family. From the moment they arrive at our unit they're greeted with a big warm "Welcome to your suite here at the Ritz Carlton!" This lightens the mood and opens up avenues for the therapeutic communication. Helping others get through some of their roughest and toughest times is a pleasure and oh so rewarding.
