Our collaborative care model

Our Senior Care unit comprises a group of healthcare experts from a range of disciplines, working as a cohesive team in evaluating and providing care to our senior patients. The extensive care program includes wellness, mobility, and dementia evaluation; individualized care plans; nutrition education; and more.
