Mahjong against cancer
Join us for Mahjong against cancer, presented in partnership with Mardijong, on Thursday, October 1, at the East Jefferson General Hospital Conference Center.
This special fundraising event will benefit cancer care programs at East Jefferson General Hospital, helping provide vital resources and support for patients and families throughout our community.
The evening will welcome 160 players for a memorable night of mahjong, community, and philanthropy. Guests will enjoy dinner, dessert, beverages, free and easy parking, door prizes, and giveaways, all included with their ticket purchase. A fantastic raffle featuring exciting prizes will add to the fun, and mahjong instructional floaters will be available throughout the evening to assist players and answer questions.
Whether you're a seasoned mahjong enthusiast or newer to the game, this event offers a wonderful opportunity to gather with friends, meet fellow players, and make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.
To honor those affected by cancer, guests are encouraged to wear the color representing the cancer cause that is most meaningful to them.
This event is the perfect way to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month while supporting an important cause close to home.
