The provider had us waiting in the room for over an hour. He gave us no new information and barely asked any questions and was out of there within five minutes. And we were waiting in the room for 45 minutes.

I liked the way the staff and Dr Balkan spoke to my granddaughter who is 8 and has noonans He spoke directly to her and not like she was an object. Then to top it all off his magic tricks blew her away. Thank you

Everything went good we understood most of what the nurse and doctors said. They were very nice even when my child did not want to she was almost done
