About Dr. Accousti

I specialize in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at Manning Family Children’s. I earned my medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., completed my residency at New Jersey Medical School, and finished my fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at LSU Health New Orleans at Children’s Hospital. I’m certified by the American Board of Surgery and have more than twenty years of experience caring for children with orthopedic conditions. I also serve as an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at LSU Health New Orleans.

I chose Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery because there are few greater rewards than being able to care for—and literally fix—a sick or injured child. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help my patients return to a normal life and activity in a very short time.
