Whether it's a high five or a happy dance... when my patients see the loyalty, support, and little extra that is given to them, they have no problem moving that shoulder from left to right or hearing that clap from my hand to theirs. Some may come in sad but I try to make sure they leave with a smile on their face. Knowing someone cares is a big step throughout their journey.
