Safe sleep
Safe sleep can help protect your baby from sudden infant death syndrome (also called SIDS) and other dangers, like choking and suffocation. Safe sleep practices should be followed for every sleep, whether while napping or during the night.
Need guidance on safe sleep practices?
Check out the LCMC Health resource library for great safe sleep tips and advice from the experts.
